does this make all npcs skill raise 10x too?

This mod will only effect the current vanilla research as each research was edited individually.

does uh the no cost apply to modded researches also

RED MOON was right, the skills exp gain was set to x10, i left it that way and you can get the other one with the vanilla speeds now as well.

oh thanks, I was not aware of this, I will try to fix it and maybe re-post this as it is but with that feature included, I had suspicions about the leveling but hadn't investigated.

One issue: I am ramping up all of my characters stats like hell, this can't be intended.
I know it's this mod because I tested turning it off.

Basically I got my sneaking/stealth skill to level 20 almost unnoticed, under a span of a 2minute.

I too am not a fan of watching the guy beat at a table for 30 real life minutes.

Cost serves a purpose though, as having to venture outside to look for books/stuff you can't buy at the shop is a motivating factor after you've exhausted the options to progress at your current location and town.
