Well, first of all, on a April 3 to 24, you could buy this skin for one dollar. In some countries it's 1.99$, or 0.99 euros.

Right there's only 2 ways of obtaining it.
1) Having a very, very, very small chance of crafting it with mythical out of 1000x scrap, which is huge waste of time and money.

2) Buy one on the market, it shouldn't be that expensive. At least last time I've checked, and for me it was somewhere like 2$.

what are the odds of getting this skin?
