Work on this: it would be called the Vampir (german for vampire). pressing the mouse wheel swithes between absorb health and give health. You can absorb up to 1000 health points, but annot heal unless you have health charged. It would take the constant health replenish away from the medic and would put it into the health storage. You can heal or take health from yourself by pressing left mouse. it cannot uber.

i think good idle for the state
+let scout fly
-scout can go in to wall
-last for 10 sec
-won 10 sec up the scout and move for 5 sec
-won active scout cant attck for 10 sec
