I would advise you to use only mods from recommended Authors as it was posted many times both in official forum and supporting group.

You're using mods that are not recommended and not included in Mods List with tested, compatible supported mods. At this point I can't guarantee your game will work fine.

@Eien: Okay, let me get the mod order screenshot for you and let you see. Sorry about that last night, ended up passing out from exhaustion xD

I would need to know your current load order and all of mods you're using, your game is not crashing cause of healing buildings but from too many tasks and game can't handle it.
There is also something that interferes with Nomads Post but in any way your crash is caused by healing buildings.
Try for now to pause Nomads Post and use for additional villagers only button for instant people.
Also send me your mods list in order made in-game.

Eien: The only time I'm crashing at the moment is whenever I place the healer buildings down. Mainly one of the mod versions. Not entirely sure as to why it would crash, but I know that when I place one down, I do so thinking maybe I need it later? The last crash, I needed it pretty bad, with 50+ villagers having the Plague xD Also, it can't be my number of villages, as on a bigger slab of land, I can get to 200 until I decide to want a healer building and crash from it. >_< The small island I'm on, I got to about 177ish. (which is a lot for a tiny thing xD) But it only happens with the healing buildings. I thought maybe a incompatible mod, but not sure what would be causing healer buildings that issue?

OK, I received it. Can you tell me why do you think healing buildings are crashing?

I need to see log file, all my mods are checked daily and neither my healing mods or core game healing buildings are crashing

@Eien, Also, I'm going to try and produce the same crash. Didn't realize I needed to NOT start the game until the log file was sent.
Also, My load order is pretty much how the load order is on the Dropbox for your mods, and some of the ones from foxxy and Mega (I know mega had a few in the order, don't remember if foxxy did? [sir foxxy?]) It's only when I place a healer shop or town's healer. (This one and the other one)

@ Eien: Both of them crash me. I tried the Town's healer, and after a crash, I disabled it, and the crashing stopped until I built this one, and this one crashed a little bit ago. Not sure why, but I'll get that for you

@Xalderin, btw, did you posted at right mod's site? Smaller Healer Shop is working fine, the same as completely different building in-game called Healer's Shop, what do you mean by Healer's Shop from mod? This one? Or Town's Healer? (my other healing mod).

@Eien: So, Anytime I slap a Healer shop down from either the main game or a mod, it ends up crashing me, is there any reason for this? I just got a crash after placing this building down in a playthrough, and I'm quite sad about this. XD

This is not working for you cause of user error, you need to have proper layout for your village and workers, if you don't then you'll be experiencing no workers issue. You can't build too many small healers shop next to each other and yes, also most important - proper village layout. so first, try to check where did you build houses for your workers and where are build small healers shops.

@ShyPixie could be. I know that as the population grows in my village I can allocate workers to tasks but it can take time for that to work on occasion.
Even saving the game and then exiting to restart can help.
In that respect it can be a little problematic.

Thanks for this, works great on a sloped incline and offers enough healing for a smaller village.

@Gailegedde, yeah, Barber Shop for happinness with cleaning and using tallow soap and Surgeon as a Healer originally it was meant be one building but while making it game showed me that you can't have both in the same walls so my project become two

great idea to make small healer:)
