Spanj, I made some adjustments to this excellent build that turned it into a dedicated miner that is 100% A9 compliant, using only 3900/7500 CPU. Friend me if you like, as I have it privately published. Didn't want to steal your thunder, and would rather you look at it, to tell me what you think!

@thursten4Moore - you need to add a ammo container controller and then add a couple of extensions next to it, you can then put ammo in it

Thanks for the HV. I added it to my game, and then I attached a couple of Gatling Guns to the sides. but I cannot figure out how to load the ammo. I go to the Control Panel and under Ammo it says "None" even though the Gatling Guns show up on the toolbar when I enter the HV. I don't know how to do this with the new logistics system? (I hate the new logistics system.) Any secrets on how to add ammo?

Hello Spanj and thanks for that really useful but,quite honestly, ugly little "mule" (sorry for that one....). It's a real good level 5 starter HV for cargo but man, it's not one of your most beautiful i must say even if it's much better than the one i will ever be able to build!!!! Keep your great work, i love watching your vids and i hope we will be able to still use all your creation in alpha 9

PS: the half blocks below on the same level as the docking gear block prevent it from docking. sadly the docking gear needs to be the last "layer" so to speak, for it to work.

im pretty sure this isnt a miner... at least i think not... but excellent work none the less! i love your use of storage space. it actually makes sense to god mode in and realize "this is where all the stuff is being held" so the room it takes up is justified to me. HOWEVER i think some numbers need tweaking lol like the fact my inventory shouldnt be bigger than a storage sontainer... of any size LMAO thats saying that im walking around with 4 of those extentions on me at all times? lmao but excellent work on the video and the build!! great work!! i actually have a 10,000 L capacity Miner out now! lol make one please and put me to shame!!!

usualy i use my own (ugly) designs, but i do not have yet a LEVEL5 HV usable in alpha9.
your designs are always always always great. your youtube channel is very nice also. you do a gread job. thank you again :) .

Saw this on you last video. Nice build! Love it. 3250 L volume...yeah, that´s a lot. It´s hard to get that storage inside a small SV. I don´t like the new modular cargo system. Hope they will balance it more out, sepsecially the ammo box controllers. Insert a stack of bullets into it and that friggin thing is overloaded. Thumbed, subbed and faved! :)

Helpfull video spanj...and if you right click in the bed/toilet deco you can still place the old cargos..and put stuff in them as wel manually i think..but a real handy starter hv

@spanj I still use one or two Cargo Boxes to store "personal" stuff that I don't want to block space for Production Stuff or to store Emergency Items like O² or Energy

So with this one, there is access to the cargo at the back of the HV, you can also use F4 (logisitcs) from the main menu to access the storage. Normal cargo boxes are dead folks.

Spanj can you make a video showcasing how the cargo system works for simpletons like myself. Its confusing to me. I tried the experimental to goof around with them, but many of the textures were reversed on my ships and I was afraid to work on stuff for fear of over writing my work. Ty

ummm i do not understand the litres of storage. There are no cargo boxes listed so how can you have that much storage?
