Ok that is a problem. I will be changing that very soon.
I just double-checked with all other mods disabled and with both the "historical" and "flat" tech options the tech levels range from 2-4, which in some areas is higher than it is in 769.
100 is the safest date to use as the game can't deal with anything below 1.1.1. It will still work like that but it will glitch out and cause all sorts of problems.
You can adjust the technology level in the random/Shattered world options.
The only suggestion I have is that the technology level seems to be too high in comparison to the other bookmarks, other than that this mod is perfect.
