You had enough of everything - resources, weak enemy and time. Sadly it was borring even for a new player like me, cuz I build all around day 55-60. If you can fix the time for last wave to be 63 or even 55 it will be much more exciting to play. Staying afk for last 40 days is not fun at all. About defence - couple of towers, 10 thanatos and 100 snipers can hold the chokepoint on their own. Its just chill building map. To casual to give a high grade

I just played, lost first one, rocked the second play. I went dinner between for about twenty minutes waiting for the final wave. I thought the final wave was good and strong. Even though I built to the edge of each entrance, the final wave broke through every entrance, I still won, but think this should be an 83 day may, not 103. I just let the resources clip while I waited for final.

Managed to beat the map but not before almost getting screwed by zombies being gliched through the tree's on the back entrance. If your still working on this map you might want to fix that.

spent 3 hours playing map then got killed by a hidden back door. Hard to not feel cheated. Good map other wise though.

I had so much fun playing this map. Took me 4 tries and some change in strategy, but what a blast I had beating this map. fun fun fun!!!!!!!

Great map design! However, the map automatically ends at Day 103 before I was able to beat the final wave. Kinda took the wind out of my sails, so to speak. Otherwise, fun map.

Beat it! Had a ton of fun. I had to Bumcheese once because of the South West bull crap entrance I hadn't even noticed hahah. Thank you to whoever made this.

I liked the map, but once you have a lightning spire and traps, it's a cakewalk. Perhaps some placement of small mineral squares to prevent users from plugging the choke with a lightning spire might add to the challenge.

隔河建塔有bug,每次重进河对面的电力就没了,得拆塔再建才能恢复。另外沙漠风格女妖能从西南的林子里挤出来,西南的小道我全放的机枪塔和墙,没人管她瞬间崩盘,只能强退读档,把林子围起来,然后拉四个狙击手过来看着林子

开局的选项,第一个是少开局资源,第二个是多开局资源,第三个是正常资源,17天开始进攻,足够发育起来,防御兵补起来撑到103天没问题,挺简单的地图,后期会有僵尸从小路进攻,提前布放即可

Very good concept, took me about 5 tries to figure out strategy of building defenses up center and out both sides. Then around day 75 it said zombies were approaching from SW, which seemed weird. And indeed, they came out of that channel on left side directly into my base. I thought the instructions at beginning said only opening was NW.

Got my butt beat on the final wave. That sucked, that sheer numbers on damage soaking zombies did me in. The only complaint I have is the fact the map is constantly revealed. My high end laptop was having trouble trying not to crash with so many units on the map at once. The damn thing was tearing so bad lol.

I expected to fail alot, but I won on my first time, survived till day 103. Kind of glad too, my defenses were pretty smashed up and my final defense line was was iffy. It may be an easy map for better players, but I think even us low/middling players have a good chance to beat this map, even with the herd of giants at the end.
Building up was very slow in the beginning, you need lots of tesla towers and wood and gold is scarce at the start. The major wave around day 30 nearly finished me, I beat it back, barely. That was frustrating AND fun! After that it was building defenses as deep as possible, while my army ripped into them from the flanks.
My one issue, is that some of the zombies in the SW were actually pushed through the tree line and into my city. I survived but it was annoying. The corridor size was fine but, perhaps make the one tree belt a tiny bit wider to prevent zombies from being pushed through it into the city.

this was a really fun map! I loved lining up sniper towers along the 2 sides and ripping into the hordes with brutal flanking fire. Those Giants are a menace to deal with. One thing about your map.... that South west zombie spawning point that gets thrown at you towards the end. Scared me half to death at first b/c i had no idea zombies came from that way!! Great map

Best choke-point-map right now! Great love for details, you put some time in it. The map looks great, but is also very efficient for builings like the carries, etc.
The final wave is though, when several giants come together! Great!

"God-mode" is nice, but also good, that you don't force the player to use it.

Wave-balance: Without "god-mode" I think the real first wave (~day 25) is a little bit too hard.
On the other side, wave 85 is just boring (and lagging).
Pls don't let the final wave finish at day 103 automatically. It should end, when the last zombie is killed.

At the final wave the giant can't pass SouthWest forest path, easy kill, shouldn't be like that.
Giants East have sometimes path finding problems, they move left and back to the right and repeat. Defence at the water can farm them easily.
Giants NorthWest are stuck and even start glitching through the mountains. After ~45s they are back on track and walk the normal path.

In the message for the first real wave you have 2 "i" in time.
Maybe change one stone and iron field, because it's very rushy to get the stone at the beginning. Iron isn't necessary immediately, stone is.

I thought we'd finally killed the last of the giants, but not before the last 3 had demolished most of our main wall. We were down to our last line of defense. A small handful of vet snipers and a few thanatos were all that remained between the last of final horde and our colony. Reinforcements were on their way, but would they make it in time? The chubbies were giving the last stone wall a steady beating. Will it hold? Honestly, I was giving us 50/50 chance.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, I "won" the game on day 103, while I was still the thick of a final battle. My only tip for the author is to (if possible) adjust things so you get to finish up the end battle. Besides that small complaint, awesome map! Keep up the good work... your efforts are appreciated.

I don't believe the editor allows for more capacity at start without me putting down warehouses, which I'm not going to do. The plethora of resources option is mainly for people who don't want to worry about not having enough colonists, workers, food, and power.

I like to build warehouses before I grab the supplies near my command center, to get as much as possible from them. I don't wanna give too much power to the player because that wouldn't be very fun imo. Thanks for the feedback.

1.when chosing the "plenty of resources" option you get only 50 of each resource and 2000 gold which doesn t really get you a really fast start,you should probably give the player more storage when chosing this option if possible (note:you get the resources you cant get in CC under the CC in physical form but that doesn t really help eighter as it can be picked up only once and than you wasted em,you could pick them up later in the game but this option is for fast start not late game in which you dont really need it anyway)
2.can you please move the grass to be on the outer layer of the base as you need to build your city on the grass at first (i had like 250 tents on day 5 which covered about third of the grassland and it just hurts)
3.if player wants a faster start you could give all techs option as well as i think it would help more

Round 2: I made it to the end. Holy crap, I was not expecting to be facing off against 32 giants all at once! With 30 shock towers, 50 executers and 50 thanatos (all the while, producing more as they died), I made it through 26 giants- I was so close! But, I still lost.

Regardless, I had a lot of fun, and am planning on going in for round 3! Overall, I felt the map was nicely balanced, and I enjoyed the difficulty choice in the beginning. I look forward to seeing what maps you have coming next. : )

So, I had a lot of fun with this map. Despite losing, I keep coming back to it.

Round 1: I lost because I didn't notice the small opening in the South, which really annoyed me because I'm pretty sure that there's a notification warning you of the first wave that appears down there, but I don't know if it's my computer's screen size and the way the game squishes everything together, but I wasn't able to see what the notification said: All I saw was the part where it said they were coming from the South, and "they will use the"- ??? I assumed they would just wrap around the map to the East and West. Nope. Immediately lost the game. That was frustrating, but I enjoyed the map, and I still wanted to play again. (After a brief break to process my frustration.)

I want to see more, you're a great creator where as I am not, you should totally make a map where your city is on a "island like piece of land" where you have several directions where zombies can invade you. Following the crevice idea, where as that surrounds the center piece of land, so soldiers and ballistas or executioners can still blast away at the zombies. Personally I love last stand maps and I've yet to see a good one. Just a favorable recommendation for you when you have time. Great map, hope to see more maps like this and I wish you a happy christmas. :) pt 2 of review

I really enjoyed the map, since I don't really play the main stuff all too much. I want to see a more difficult version of this map, but I started to obtain units at a fairly fast rate, I did love seeing tons of zombies pass through the valley, that was a cool touch. Maybe limit resources a bit to make it a little harder though. Also, maybe making a serperate version where -fog of war- is applied, so the entire map isn't visible, although I do know this was your intention. And the ability to have soldiers on the side of the 'canyon/crevice' being able to shoot across at zombies was really neat. Honestly this map just needs a more difficult version or make it harder on this one. pt 1 of review

Very Nice & Fun Map.

To each their own- I love the fact we can get maps that are easier and are more enjoyable IMO. Then if someone wants the harder side of things then go to the Original Game and "Grind Out" to unlock those handful of maps- LOL. :steamfacepalm:

But I also know some like a harder challenge and New Maps with Harder Settings hopefully will start to come out too; so both Camps of Fans can be satisfied.

As for now though a "Shout Out" to Mr. Awesome and all the other fellow gamers creating & breathing new life into this game. Thank you. :steamhappy:
