Fay can you pls find a way to make less lag on the map?

The Map is very laggy

The synchroscope isn't even slowing down or speeding up whenever i hit the buttons

And what is the refined Fuel used for, i know you can insert it into the reactor, and you can control the Power Level, but is there anything else its used for when you insert it into the reactor?

the fans do cool the reactor, the generators heat it up (i think)

Yeah i get that now, but then that leads me to another question: What does the Generator System and the Fan Units do? I'm guessing the fans are another method of cooling.

The keypad on the emergency coolant only becomes active during a meltdown. That should give you an idea of what it does 😉
You can only use it once though

what do i do with the security code that the Announcement system is always saying, there's a key pad on the coolant machine, but it doesn't do anything.

Look at the charts in the manual PDFs given in the Media Section of the Map Description, And look on the screen in The room in the center of the column, the color on the screen corresponds to the colors on the charts. Remember that the switches aren't matched up perfectly with the A1-C3 codes.

Was it started in single player? Sometimes that screws with some hooks used on the SWEP, so try opening it as a multiplayer server

i tried right clicking with the mining swep, but it wont drop the crystals

Right click with the mining SWEP. It’s in the Q menu for weapons if you don’t already have it.

Power cells allow you to increase the power level to those above 1, which will make the core temperature rise faster and hence requires cooling. In my server, which had a money system based on power output, it would give you more in game money for upgrades and such.

What are the power cells even used for?

You can mine uranium from the upside down using the mining laser SWEP. Those can then be dropped by right clicking with the SWEP and placing them onto the power cell console will install them. You can also refine them in the space station to make them last longer. You can also just spawn them from the Q menu under entities if you'd like.

How do you activate the power cells?

Hey yall! I dont actively work on the map anymore, but I heard the manual was down. I added it to the description above along with an instructional video on the CAM and an ad-style video that was made for my server a while back. If I have time in the future I will update the map with the new live links.

I have no idea what to say then, it’s a bug that’s existed for such a long time, yet I never figured out how to reproduce it. The dedicated server I ran didn’t have issues
