No. You click Play on Serious Sam HD:TSE. It comes up and it says, in a little box:
"Play Serious Sam HD"
"Play moddable version". You then click the little circle next to "Play Moddable Version" and it will launch with mods automatically enabled. Very simple process. NO need for any of that "setlaunchoptions" stuff.

To run in moddable you need to select to run Serious Sam HD:" TSE in moddable version when you open it inside Steam. You can't use the desktop shortcut or anything else. So open up steam, go to your games library and open it from in there. Hope that helps.

There's a green button above the comments that says + Subscribe. Click that and it will automatically be downloaded in Steam. After that, load up Serious Sam HD: TSE in moddable mode and you are good to go. Have fun!
