The flashlight attachment is just a reanimation (a very, very cool one) of wielding the pistol with a flashlight. So instead of pulling out a flashlight and holding it with the other hand, you turn on the maglite. But you still need a flashlight because it's an animation that doesn't alter how the game itself works.

@wolffire140 I'm pretty sure you just need to find a flashlight in-game and it will enable you to use the attachment

Good gun, i'v been impressed that it has unique flashlight animations, never seen creativity like this before.

but

bruuh, you screwed up frame_normal and lam_n, i had to make vmt files ignore normal maps so this gun will not look like it's been thru oil or something.
