You unlock the sanctuary by completing the dark brother hood quest line hope this helped

Can someone explain how to get the Dark Brotherhood Dawnstar Sanctuary cuz im not sure if its a mod that i have to get or if you get it from following the DB quests or if its DLC or what cuz i keeep seeing mods that upgrade or edit the sanctuary but i dont see a mod that gives the original sanctuary or how to get it please help me??????????

Installed, activated data file, Nazir has no new text options. Went outside, waited three days, still have bodies in Dawnstar, still no clean-up option. Mod didn't work.

@nootnoot use the console, click on the body and then use the command "disable" or "MarkForDelete" if you want it 'cleaner' use without the ""

There's a torture victim (Urchin) that won't die. I got tired of him and deleted the mod. Strangely, he's still there along with some other corpses. What should I do?

You have to complete the Dark Brotherhood quest line. There is lots of information on the internet about starting this quest line.

@Life = Death: If the mod is working for you, you can talk to Nazir and it will be clearly available from there.

Uh, I know this may be a bit late, but I killed the first four and Ive travled skyrim a bit and the dead bodies are still there. How do I get them to respawn?
