I apologise for my absence from this mod for the past several years (life has been exeptionally chaotic and I simply did not have the time, nor interest to continue modding).
I am going through and updating all of my mods to be up-to-date with the most recent patch (The Twisted and the Twilight).
I hope this helps any issues that have occurred. Please let me know if any further issues arise!
Please just hit the damn 'update' button!
Because if you love the flags, you can keep playing vanilla without this mod. It's not that hard to understand that the mod is a thing for people who find the flags to stick out badly.
This mod is a thing because not everyone likes the flags. They are an eyesore in my opinion.
Search "Cultural settlement" in the workshop.
They are indeed, and this mod removes them. There are players, myself included, that very much dislike the game 2 method of sticking flags round a settlement instead of the settlement changing to represent the new owner.
As I mentioned in the description, this mod works well alongside a mod (the one I linked) which places a settlement overlay of your own factions over the town when you take it.
This is the best that modders can do for now unfortunately, and up until we weren't even able to remove the flags (to the best of my knowledge) :).
