@Cameron Parris It stands for "closer to tabletop" and it is a overhaul mod made by Cataph that change unit to behave and perform more like the same unit in tabletop game. Unit stats are calculated from the tabletop unit stat using the formulated excel sheet, and unit are categorize based on the tabletop core/special/rare group, and all units with rarity higher than core are given cap that associated with building to limit elite spam. For example, even though eternal guard are tier 1 unit, they're actually elite forces with white lion/phoenix guard level of weapon skill, so the wood elf infantry in CTT are all elite level to begin with. Formulated stat get rid of the ridiculous difference in attack range for elven archer, so the wood elf, with their magic arrow tip and waywatchers, are the indisputable best shooter in the game.

@Blitzkrieg didn't know they existed since I play with CTT mod on all the time. I will look into it and can probably get it out in a couple days

@Cameron Parris Just updated the mod, it seems that wood elf got some buff during the long wait ( I am way too lazy to keep up with the balance patch so only update the value on DLC release basis). Enjoy your woodelf world domination!
