Crazygluelt: I'm new to the game so please excuse the question: What is the difference between this version and the linked "Growable version here"?

It would be great if the First National Bank Tower in Omaha Nebraska was in the work shop. It would look good in a skylines.

Yes, but that mod still lets it grow randomly which I didn't want for this asset. There is a growable version available if you prefer that. The link is in the description.

It might seem counterintuitive, but for me I wanted to place only a few of these in my city and I didn't want it to grow randomly. So a RICO unique version was more useful for me than a growable.

To be fair this doesn't even need to be RICO given its 3x3 size.
