It would be great if the First National Bank Tower in Omaha Nebraska was in the work shop. It would look good in a skylines.

Yes, but that mod still lets it grow randomly which I didn't want for this asset. There is a growable version available if you prefer that. The link is in the description.

It might seem counterintuitive, but for me I wanted to place only a few of these in my city and I didn't want it to grow randomly. So a RICO unique version was more useful for me than a growable.

To be fair this doesn't even need to be RICO given its 3x3 size.
