It's a few text edits that anyone with wordpad skills can do; don't make it seem like I've stolen 'IP' from you.

Unfortunately, due to the launcher issues everyone is well aware of - it's prevented me from being able to update properly. I hope I've been able to do it successfully this time!

must be a mod conflict. Working as intended for me. Using kaedrin's mod manager place it at the top of your load order. Overhauls like SFO will overwrite the tables affected by this mod.
