I like all of it except the parting lines, they are too thick and need to be thinner IMHO.

The part seems a bit too wide, and it'd be great to see the whole head of hair fully paintable (like say if you wanted a fully blonde scout or whatever).

Can work without headphones? Does that mean it has two styles, one without headphones, and one with them? That'd be evern cooler.

The Bald part looks a little strange and paintable is kind of a bad idea to me, other than that, Support!

You definitely need to make the modelled skin part blend better with his original head because right now it looks like someone just took a saw and shaved half of scouts skull and plopped this wig on.
