There's 9 bloodline tiers.
The new version can be found at https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1894813367
The two versions aren't compatible with each other, so please only use one of them.
@Talos At this point I'm not exactly sure to the depth of holy fury's bloodline system and whether it'll allow the passing on of stats, so I don't really have a definite answer yet.
@ Bronze V The mod is called Extended Bloodlines, however it's possible for the mod to not be listed, as there's quite a few issues with the Steam Workkshop / CKII. The issue will usually fix itself after a few restarts of the game. An alternative however would be to use an external tool to download the workshop file and extracting it in your "My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mods".
@-=PYPA=- Sgnolbo The map mods I'm using are: A Revolutionary Water Mod, A Transparent Map Mod and Meaningful Borders.
The additional boosts of +2 to +5 is probably because they have either had their bloodline upgraded due to high stats, or their ancestor had high enough stats to begin with. I've added a decision you can use in order to view the information about other characters' bloodlines.
I've also gone ahead and changed the colouring in the text to make it more like vanilla descriptions.
