I don't know if its an issue or a feature but this mod only seems to apply to the vanilla, core game thrusters only. I have several mods and DLCs that have additional thrusters that do not get this benefit.

What are the chances of this great Mod being updated , Yes its one of the better Mods out there but no updates lately and the Automatons Update screwed me.

Added the engines from the industrial pack and boosted the efficiency.

Hi Hull, any chance the new Hydrogen thrusters from the dlc can be added to this mod? Our server has been using this mod for years. It has been our go to mod for the hydrogen problem with this game. Anyways we would greatly appreciate it. thanks bro

Scratch my last comment, the mod works fine. The "problem" is when you add the industrial hydro thrusters to a build, since the new thrusters aren't feautured in the mod configuration file they use the stock hydrogen consumption values.

I didn't get any reports from other players since my last fix. When my mod is broken, I usually get lots of messages from the players.
Are you using other mods that are modifying or adding hydrogen thrusters? Some Block-Packs can make problems.
You can also try to change the load order of your mods and give your efficiency mods a higher priority.

Does mod work now? I was using other efficiency mod, but today I crashed my ship cuz I was out of fuel, then I relized that none of hydro efficiency mods work for me

Ah snap! I had a problem earlier today where SE uploaded the first mod on my list instead of the one that I had clicked/highlighted. I think it was the hydro thrusters mod that got reuploaded. Ich will try to undo this tomorrow.

Any idea why today my hydros can hit 110m/s with one tap of W and last night they worked fine? I disabled this mod and everything worked fine. Thanks!

If I find the time, I will install SE and have a look at this but I can't promise at the moment.

Will your script still work after the rebalance to hydrogen in the update?
I've been on the new planet and havent found ice yet so don't know if it's needed yet but thought I'd ask.

My mod only alters the vanilla thrusters' settings. Mod thrusters have their own files with their own data. You would have to ask the mod creator to change the settings.

I'm using your mod and it's brilliant Thanks for making it. I just swapped some thrusters over to armoured ones and suddenly they burn fuel like crazy, will your mod work with the new thrusters at all or do I need to go back to vanilla ones?

That's the weird part, I have no mod that changes the thrusters, according to the mod descriptions. I might have accidently picked up a bunch of items so my character was heavy or something, it's the only thing I can imagine. The consumption works anyway as intended anyway so!

My mod shouldn't affect the engine power. Only the fuel consumption. It could be that one of your other mods is affecting the thursters now, that my mod isn't overwriting the thruster's data anymore. But that's just a guess.

Just disabled it and tried it. I can't even lift off now... Something is weird, can't get enought thrust. It had no problem whatsoever a few minutes ago with the mod enabled. Ship weight is about thirty tons, four small thrusters pointing down on the ground, 1.0G.

But it did eat through the ice in no time at all now while idling (and trying to get airborne.) So the consumption definetly works. But something else is weird.

Hard to tell, since I don't have SE installed at the moment. But If you can leave the planet with one hydrogen tank and without additional Ice in your generators, the mod is probably working.

I'm running this mod on a dedicated server but I'm not sure it's working. Been years since I played last so I don't really remember the 'normal' consumption, but I just built a small ship with two large and fourteen small hydrogen thrusters and it ate about 950 ice in the mabye two minutes I flew around in 1G mostly.

Also, changing the load order can be helpfull (give my mod a higher priority)

Hi, I don't have SE installed at the moment. As far as I remember, large hydrogen engines not working was a problem with other mods. (mod packs with hydrogen engines in it or something like that). Start a new game with only my mod enabled to see if the problem persists.

Currently it wont pipe fuel through large hydrogen thrusters. I cant tell if this is a problem with the mod itself, or with other mods I'm running, please check it out, and I'll come back when/if I've any mod interference

Another test. Again working for me. I just deleted an unnecessary file.
Make sure to restart your server, so the server can update the mod or else the players will have another mod version.

Oh okay. Something went wrong with the update then. I will roll back to the old version when I vome home from work today.

I have the same issue as razarunz without your mod install, so it is not the problem

I use this with the armored thrusters mod and all is fine... You may want to change the loading order of mods..

Did you try it on a new savegame without any other mods to make sure it's not another mod that's causing trouble? Because I'm hearing of this issue for the first time.

Cant place small hydrogen thrusters, not sure if mod clonflict or not, whenever i drag them to my action bar, they instantly swap to the large variant

@Göse make sure you don't use any other mod that modifies the same data as my mod. For example some thruster packs are known to modify the data of the hydrogen thrusters, too.

Okay the mod seems to work again. Maybe it has to do with the recent hotfix. Just testet it on a new world.
