lol a few days ago the ship when i was docking it it had like 1 loose block and then the whole thing blew up 10/10 explosion tho this ship is still verry good

Is there any way that you have a version of this ship with only the hull itself?? I would love to use this in survival and make the interior less complicated to weld.

i've checked everywhere and it says that the liberty-class has 48 turbolasers but it is your decision after all. i just dont like the fact that the mc80's arent as popular in space engineers because of how weak they are atm i totally understand the home-one but the liberty type? it should be able to rival imperial ships but nvm that i guess

Im not trust a fandom sites. Only a cross section books writen BY LUCASFILM NOT PAGES BY FANS. And There are no Ion turrets in game. Im not planned to do anything with MC80 and Im done with talking about that.

the Home-One type cruiser has exactly 29 tubolasers and 36 ion turrets the mc80 Liberty-Class cruiser had about 48 turbolasers and 20 ion cannons

MC80 Liberty doesnt have 48 Turbolaser Turrets. My Cross Section Book said that MC80 Liberty Cruiser have 29 Turbolaser Turrets & 36 Ion Turrets. Also I doesnt seen difference in mod pack.

the liberty actually has 48 turrets and the home-one has 29 idk about the mc80a but im sure about the other two... and i guess youre right... rn the only thing you should do is buff the liberty cuz as ive said before the liberty has 48 turrets not 29. also the venator in lore has 8 heavy turbolasers the rest are point-defence laser turrets. oh and one more thing why do you use laser cannons insted of turbolasers? turbolasers pack more of a punch and you could probably use less turrets overall if you use more turbolasers and less laser cannons

As you see MC80s are well balanced. Its not my fault that they arent so good as Ecksladder or others people talk. I can only nerf Imperials to give them 46 Turbolaser turrets (20 will be removed) to give it better chances agains Imperials. But like I said, much of Imperial turrets are hide on sides where they cannot shoot above ship or at bottom.

Every ships were nerfed with 2/3 total equipment of turrets because they are 1/3,3 Size and game performance wouldnt handle 100 Turbolasers firing in same time.

MC80 isnt weaknest ship in game. Every ships in game are nerfed. Venator, Providence, Victory. They are not in 1:1 Scale. They are 1:3,3 scale. Every capital ships except Imperial have less Turbolaser turrets than LORE one's.

ok so about the topic at hand, you should give the original number of turbolasers the mc80's had
because lore-wise an mc80 liberty would easily beat a munificent/venator and 2 liberty cruisers would beat an imperial 2 star destroyer. why did you even bother nerf the home-one? it only has 29 turbolasers and the main reason why it would win against most ships (except the imperial star destroyers) was because of its stong hull and superior shielding.... so here's my suggestion give both of the ships the original number of turbolasers they had

also about something you said earlier, you shouldnt rely on ea's battlefront 2 because ea really doesnt care much about the lore
example: at the battle of jakku the only thing they've done is copy and paste the liberty cruiser and call it the rebel fleet

its kinda ironic really because adding the exact amount of lore weapons to ships should technically result in the same outcomes (ik they are sized down but would that really affect the outcomes?)

Also imagine how I will need to buff Resurgent SD with LORE 1500 Turrets. I think its not right way in this game. If there will be problem with ISD firepower I will little bit nerf them with removing 2-4 turrets. But Im sure for now its balanced very well.

Trust me I didnt nerf MC80 for my own Preferences and for Glory to Empire. I make it for better balanced. If you have seen Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) cutscenes from Mission at Fondor shipyards you can see how one Imperial II Star Destroyer crush one MC80 in less than one Minute. (Game is in canon)

also, having guns scattered all across the ship does mean that every turret doesnt fire at the same time the isd however has so many turrets that even tho its weak on some sides it has enough turrets to beat a mon cal ship from all sides

And thats how it should been. MC80 Liberty Cruiser wasnt better than Imperial. One ISD against 3 MC80 is balanced fight. If I will add 9 missing turrets to MC80 then we will need only 2 MC80 to destroy Imperial with no problem. Thats isnt correct.

You can also see Imperial Against MC80 in action on Captain Jack channel on youtube. Even after MC80 nerf Imperial can be beaten by one Calamarian Cruiser. Its not only for LORE accurate, but even for making it playable and accurate against other ships and for future Balanced.

The reason why Mon Cals have smaller amount of Cannons is the fact that Imperial Star Destroyer have all turrets on sides and against ships its realy weak when enemy is not beside Imperial, but above or at bottom. MC80 Ships have turrets everywhere on Hull, that means there is no any different with enemy position. Also I have tested One MC80 vs Imperial with Lore amount of turrets and for more balanced fight I decide to nerf MC80 little.

lastly why do the liberty and the home one have 20 laser cannons each? lore-wise both of the ships have different armaments, such as the home one having 29 turbo laser while the liberty had 40
