@Everybody who can't get this to work. You need serverperks by marco. Here is the link. http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=36065 read up before you post. You just don't download this stuff and expect it to work. There has to be a way to implement it.

At first I activated the Mutator and it still wouldn't work. Then I noticed I didn't have this ServerPerks.ini file. Creating my own didn't seem to work either, so I downloaded this other mutator called ServerPerks (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=97735200) , and I let it create the ServerPerks.ini for me. After which added the CustomCharacters=Garrus line into it allowed me to choose Garrus during the character selection screen (after the server has started)..

For all of you wondering, This is a mutator, not a skin, so you have to enable it in the mutator menu, not char select.

I love playing as characters from other games. I wish TWI would do more of what they did with the TF2 pyro and rising storm characters (add characters from other games to the characters list), because it's fun and helps bring some liveliness to this otherwise wonderfully slightly depressing and terrifying game.
