Just for the record: you DO REALIZE that you can raise the max level without mods, right? In fact, I don't think mods can even do that. What you actually need to do is define a new set of levels, along with each level's required XP and points reward. You can go as high as you want, though there's a hard limit to the points you can spend on any one stat.
