The game flips roads automatically so it should still work fine. Some markings might look a little odd though.

Forgive me if this is a "duh" question - would this work with a US road layout? Like even though this is a left-hand driving road, would the game know to flip it since my game is in right-hand driving mode? Because I've been wanting something like this for forever :) Thanks!
