Keep the arms and top but drop the tail! It's a more concise concept with a clearer message. Or just make a small detail at the bottom

The arms need to flex for when the warframe is in an idle animation

Limbo with this syandana: Yes, just not with my two delicate arms. They're for writing poetry and sliding daggers between grineer armor plating.

I also agree with others that the tail is too much... possibly even the upper ring ornament. Consider a simpler top, and no tail?

So... I like what you're going for, this is a really cool idea. But I would like it to be less Rhino-themed. Recolor wouldn't be enough to make this look natural on almost any other frame. I'm not sure it would even look right on Palatine.

Also, as others have said, it would be good to redesign it so that the arms can pivot down and rest by the hip. From a mechanical perspective, that would look very strange with the current model.

I think I'd like it better without the tail but this is still a very strong design. ;)

I wonder, will those arms move down like the other winged syandanas we have in game. if so, good. If not that can be problematic when aiming our weapons or looking in menus
