Yeah this map is not the best with ais unless you use Rework mod or another mod that increases AIs field of view. To be honest I haven't played the game since 2018, and I don't know I'm going back to it.

Hi. I know its a bit late but AI have sstill problem with path finding they just geather their troops near base and attack only if someone enter their territory. So its basically unplayable with AI

Yep thats needs to be considered aswell, if you don't add capture points and gamemode turrets, powercore, shield gen, set the teams to each one of them, otherwise itt won't work :l

@Fabricator General did you set the game modes in the option file? Also, don't subscribe to your own map. I don't know if it still causes issues but I remember people saying it did when the game came out. If you published it you can play it fine with other people.

Thanks well the camera issue is fixed however I'm still trying to fix pathfinding for ais aswell, might have a small idea but we'll see next version

I agree about the camera angle being strange, as it makes panning and selecting units difficult. It is very Ultimate Apocalypse style. Not good for competitive play.

However, I would like to say that I really enjoy the inprovements. The addition of buildings makes the fortress feel worth defending. It is no longer a vast and empty playground. Also the attackers having more space, allows for a proper siege to take place.

My next concern with this map now, remains with the path finding. It is almost as if the AI has no idea WTF it is doing. It runs along the walls and does not try to invade the fortress. This IMO is currently the biggest issue.

It's fixed now, thank you. Steam did a workshop download last night that seemed to fix the problem.

I maybe found the way to fix the walls, I'm adding some buildings in, perhaps not to many, otherwise you won't be able to build close to the gate :steammocking:

I don't really call it critisism, but more an objective opinion since, there isn't a single insult :steamhappy: , however thanks for the feedback, I'm still trying to fix the problem with the wall, the problem is the wall has a mesh that doesn't allow anything through, maybe if I replace it by a visual wall and block units from getting through it could work, not sure.:steamsad:

Hello. Time for some criticism. Here are my thoughts on this map.

- Attacker needs more space to build.
- Fortress needs more details.
- Default camera would probably be best.
- Units stationed on the walls of the fortress, cannot shoot the enemy.
- Some odd pathing and impass with the barricades at the gate.
- In general too much empty space in fortress, and not enough space for attackers.
