Very cool to see such a regional gas station created in CS. Kwik-Fill headquarters is in my hometown.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

you should make more small town shops and offices like dentists, real estate, etc. You can find tons of inspiration from cities like Champaign, Il, Springfield, Mo, etc.
