You should add some non pain sound also. Like a rare sneeze, or cough or something. Maybe for sick people ? Or some moaning.

the zombie mod is called Zombieland if memory serves correctly

Crashes to desktop using several rapid fire spells (Magic Missile) from the mod Rimworld of Magic. Might be a memory problem for trying to trigger the sounds.

If you didn't already feel bad over colonists dying horribly, this mod will ensure you get the PTSD from Rimworld

note` if you cant figure out how to specify sounds to just females then you could make the screaming ambiguous when it comes to gender. uh whats the word um.. adrogynous or however you spell it, this way it fits better with females and you have to avoid creating alternate female sounds and coding them in. not saying you have to just an alternative :p
