Independent Architecture for Patch 5.7
But for some reason I played two games just now where my Teutonic Castle was the old/default model, and my buddy's Persian castle was LordGood's Turkish castle. Can anyone give some insight into what might be wrong? I'm pretty sure I got the mod priority right? (but correct me if I'm wrong)
The base (in other words, the SLPs that would be the Middle East architecture without IA) become the Turkish set when the IA database is activate. If you rename Lord Good'sTurkish graphic for his castle as "304" and its shadow (IF it has one) as "296" it should only affect the Turks if IA is activated.
Uh... even if you give credit to the creator of a mod, it's still rather rude to upload it without his/her permission. It's just common courtesy to take a few seconds of your time to ask an author for permission since they took several minutes (and possibly hours) to create something that's entirely free for everyone to use. An author might be offended if he/she sees someone who uploaded his/her mod without permission and decide to have it removed from the workshop.
The only time you don't need to ask for permission (in my opinion) is when an author has been inactive for a very, very long time... and LordGood has been pretty active, so you know.
