Above 52, it is normal that light does not appear. The road is going into "bridge" mode ("ground"->"elevated"->"bridge"). That's why I recommend in the description to enforce in any case the "elevated" mod (the only mode for which I put lights) thanks to fine road tool. And if elevetad mode prevents you to go up to the wanted road height, use move it afterwards.
I'd do it myself, but I don't know how to work the editor. (And yes I did watch the YouTube video.)
Also, I think this is the games falt, but beyond 52 ft. hight, the lights dont appear.
