It is possible.
This MOD empties head and eye files.
It is also possible to replace in the same way as costume.

I examined and confirmed the information.
I think that having a lot of options is not a bad thing. It does not compel MOD.
I think that there is no problem if the user chooses the means.

Actually there is already a way to get headless (imo isn't that hard), but that's a very easy way.
