Further update, all of Bardin's voices have the same reaction, none of the others do, however. Very weird.

I don't know if this is just a me problem, but it seems that whenever I preview Saltzpyre's "quiet radio" voice, the game completely shuts down, freezing the game and locking the game window.
I've tested every other voice I have installed, including Saltzpyre's "quiet", "radio" and "no radio", and they all work fine, but specifically the "quiet radio" voice, that immediately locks the game.

Update: Bardin's "no radio effect" voice has a similar effect, though it actually comes up with an error message, saying something along the lines of "failed to recover file- (the file path that would presumably lead to the mod folder)" and properly crashes the game.

Great though at the same time sorry but even quiet version is still too loud compared to pretty much every other single voice pack I have and vanilla. On several lines the audio is clipping as well.

Oh yeah, that is so much nicer on my ears, thank you.

Well, this one is also done.
The bloody thing is over a gigabyte now. This is ridiculous.

@Lord Hengar
To the best of my knowlege, only if you are willing to download SDK and re-bake the entire library containing those sound files.
Worry not though, quiet versions are in the making. Kerrilian should already have those, maybe check it out and say if it's satisfactory?

I really love the Vermintide voicepacks, but they are so so SO much louder that everyone else. Is there a way to turn down the volume in the mod files?

Thanks for radio filter option. :)

This is awesome, thank you so much! If this is the kind of taste you have in characters to make voice packs mods for I'll be keeping an eye out for things you publish.

1. Not high on my priority list.
2. No. I never thought it would come up to be honest.
I guess now I have my work cut out for me.
Dodes 10 Oct, 2018 @ 9:07am

It looks like I will!
@Skragbane
At some point, I guess.
Sammy Spudgun 8 Oct, 2018 @ 6:32pm
Will you be doing the other heroes too?
Nunchuck Monkey 8 Oct, 2018 @ 6:16pm
I can't believe noboday has made a Vermintide voice pack sooner. Awesome job! thanks.
Killian 8 Oct, 2018 @ 5:09pm
Nice. I'd been meaning to do something similar myself for a long time, but digging through the files looked like it was going to be a huge pain.
sosbro 8 Oct, 2018 @ 1:38pm
Probably best to wait until all dlc comes out, so you then have acess to all concurent Saltz audio files.
CureAga Wine  [author] 8 Oct, 2018 @ 12:12pm
@sosbro
From V1 only.
I might try to dig out files from the second one at some point, but don't hold your breath.
sosbro 8 Oct, 2018 @ 11:12am
Are these voice lines only from Vermintide 1, 2 or both?
