very cool, but i feel like only the eyes should be paintable cause of team recognition.

I like it overall, but I wouldn't make the fabric paintable. Instead, make the eyes paintable. Also, as others have suggested, it would be nice to have a few styles for different eye shapes, such as the current one for "mad", one that's angled outward to look "sad", another where it's flat on the bottom for "glad", and then a neutral look where the eyes are fully round.

it looks great but i think it would look alot better as a medic cosmetic mainly just because this kinda gives off a mid-evil vibe and medic has alot of MED-evil looking stuff pyro on the other doesnt so jsut pointing that out

Cool hat, but what if the eyes werent permenantly displeased with something? or maybe make it 2 styles for the eyes.
