We already have one old style hat being the backbiter's billycock.
Which makes me wonder more why spy doesn't have a top hat.

Decrease the shineyness i would think, make the texture more dull, to match the spy mask, other than that, it looks great, i'd love to see another top hat ingame

I actually have an evil mustache made. I'm just trying to figure out how to upload it correctly.
I uploaded the top hat with the new uploader, but it doesn't have a gold star. =/
Anyone know what could have gone wrong?
