Throwing? Remember, This is a replacment for the bat. The meele weapon. If the scout was out of ammo and threw this, what would happen? Seriously.

When you right click you turn it on and point it at the enemy to blind them, Cannot hit them while the light is on.

Same damage as the default bat.

Ok first of all those gloves and hat look stupid on the scout. I'm not trying to make fun of you because a thieve scout is a very good idea. I'm posting this comment on the flash banger bbecause of all the thieve scout items ive seen this is probably the best. Graet idea but i think it needs some work. Sorry.
