it's a model effect. you spawn it normally from the spawn menu.

well you can spawn many and resize it with prop resizer.

It's small so you can't use it for big maps. It also collides with everything.

you could extract the files and edit the vmt. either way i will see what i can do, but guarantee no updates any time soon. thanks for your idea
