English not my first langage but I'll try to explain.

For the first part, you have a escalator but it is completely inside the tower. So, after the five first layer, it's no use and you can go up, unless you use some scaffolding. Solved it by making an entry at the botom, that I block after finishing the tower.

For the second part, over the level of the wall, my bricktron built near the stairs and not behind at the same level. Done it three times, and three times they go up to le top but only with half of the tower, making it look like it took a blast from a canon or something. I solved the problems by making round corners instead of regular ones.
