Yes, that would be a good plan. I would certainly build two camps :)

Very nice looking fort, buildings and voxel editing. You have great skills.

If I want to siege this Roman fort I would build my siege camp right on the village location. This way siege camp would require less buildings (usage of village buildings) and would block the entrance of Roman fort.
