By the way, that mannequin issue you mentioned happens in regular houses, too. It happens to me quite often in Honeyside. It's not your mod doing it, so no need to worry about that.
I am considering taking this mod in a slightly different direction, making the trap door in the tavern lead to a dungeon of sorts, and after completing the dungeon THEN you get to go into the home. And then having done a massive overhaul and change/bug fix of the actual player home. THEN making a secret entrance that leads somewhere else so that you don't have to go through the dungeon every time.
