In connection with the language barrier, the question was not very clear. Kira can read any book. Maxwell's book cannot be used like other characters who can read. Death Note cannot be read by other characters.

The character is not quite weak, the mind is played from the state, it falls or rises depending on you ryuk or kira. 150 is a stable figure like a Wilson, if you suffer from rashness then there are many ways to increase it.

Now the Death Note does not cause damage to plants and structures (by default). You can change this in the mod settings in the PVE section.

@๖Zaki , я бы взялся бы за эту работу. но это не скоро будет, в связи стем что у меня плотный график работы и на игры совсем нет времени(( Я планировал выпустить мод на персонажа из игры овервотч и то пришлось отложить ту работу на долгий срок.((

You can use the Death Note when the character's mind is above 90. This is done so that you can not often use the Death Note . That there was a balance when the damage of the Death Note is =500. :denton:
