Just move the blocks from the bottom to the top.
G.A. 17 Jan, 2019 @ 10:01am
But your model with wheels, he does not want to fly normally.
Please, what am I doing wrong?
Aieonae  [author] 17 Jan, 2019 @ 9:03am
No probs enjoy
G.A. 17 Jan, 2019 @ 9:00am
Yes. He did not want to fly.
I changed the direction of rotation of the wheels, and super speed, in this universe.

Now explores the universe intentional, thanks to you.
Aieonae  [author] 17 Jan, 2019 @ 6:49am
you switch the direction?
G.A. 17 Jan, 2019 @ 6:00am
warning. problem
I accelerated more than 10000km / h.:steammocking:
When I hit the tree, speed hurled me off the planet !!

Issue found: If you are replicating this aircraft and notice the "interconnect containers" are not working just save the game and reload the save, it should be able to fix it.

There! the wave like motion should be reduce a lot now with this new update.
Aieonae  [author] 13 Oct, 2018 @ 5:56pm
Fly well👍
Draco 13 Oct, 2018 @ 3:30pm
I was so proud of my uploaded blueprint "Firefly" that made it to 70 km/h, and now there's something with 300 km/h? Wow. Just wow. :D Congrats!
Aieonae  [author] 3 Oct, 2018 @ 6:22am
Fly well!

it took about 40 minutes to fly the entire span of the equator of a 24km world.

Ahhh first off congratz you had join the spacing guild! And to touch down in the planet itself as the planet fails to catch up.

Jokes aside, it sounds like the pitch controls went bonkers again, which usually happen when it hit a mountain(more likely a steep cliff face), trees(less likely, trees like to catch the aircraft entangle its physics), or bounce off a failed nose drive landing attempt.

Otherwise, it might also had been triggered a backflip vertical pitch spaceflight as demostrated in the video, which can usually happen unintentionally as the controls are switch and there are no reverse for this aircraft, or purposely by some spacing guild individuals.

A general advise as long as your speed goes beyond 250mph, it is beyond the machine specification to land it safely, and likely you had bumped on to something to cause that to happen.

So do stop immediately if you find yourself in that situation, if you had no intent to one way to space.

Aside from that do click on the last statement on the description to improve your flight exprience under normal flight, or browse through items in the blueprint discussion area.

I found myself travelling from 49000+ feet altitude at 2100mph to -3700 feet at 0 mph, and I don't know how that happened because it was all a blur. After a while I was able to get back to my base but the constant s-tapping and altitude management exceeded my abilities. But I do like the concept.
Aieonae  [author] 25 Sep, 2018 @ 4:49pm
Ermm... care to elaborate the difficulty you are facing, I will see what can be improve upon.

I am looking at change keybindings, but it made my game even more confusing for me.😅
Motown 25 Sep, 2018 @ 12:40pm
Interesting concept. Controls are a bit too difficult for me to handle well. I'm sure with practice this could be a viable aircraft for me to use.
Aieonae  [author] 22 Sep, 2018 @ 4:39pm
Thanks for the screenshot!
Aieonae  [author] 21 Sep, 2018 @ 8:01am
While the other video, demostrating a highly challenging backflip low orbital flight.
Aieonae  [author] 21 Sep, 2018 @ 5:39am
There new video, demostrating low speed flight and using CTRL and A or D to do gentle touchdown for utilitarian players needs.
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 6:13pm
Good luck, as well as to those that comes in later.

The dimension specification are as follows:

13 blocks in length,
9 blocks wide,
4 blocks height.

AhHa! Challenge accepted! I will design a "mother vehicle" for the Roller Coaster :steammocking:
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 11:17am
It does need a bit of get use to, especially sadly the controls are NOT straight forward and due to the speed rendering mountain become especially dangerous thus the warnings. often you need hold down both spacebar and tap s key to allow the aeroplane to takeoff, more important the elevation occur to be faster when performing turns and hold spacebar(vice verse for CTRL)

If you manage to get to beyond 300~400km/h, you might had hit a steep ramp like surface,at which the player will have the choice to continue to no return or stop before no return and allow the craft to recover before continue with the journey. otherwise it is relative safe to fly at 300km/h(peaking at 360km/h~370km/h), while waiting for the rendering to be perform below.
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 11:17am
Perhaps, tomorrow I would upload another video for this aeroplane on the slow landing method, which is just hold down CTRL, and turn according to the direction you desire to circle down very slowly. the earlier on make use of the w key to pitch down to spped up the landing(darting).

Lastly, it is not perfect as an experimental, but can work utilitarian purposes as to the needs of the players, as well as serving a control experimention vehicle for testing insane speeds.

Do help yourself on modified it as see fit, to suit which purpose you intend it serve next.
AzraelSorrow 20 Sep, 2018 @ 10:38am
Broke 20000 km/hr and decided to load back XD
AzraelSorrow 20 Sep, 2018 @ 10:35am
Well, this thing is hard to maneuver XD I started flying a bit, then it flipped around backwards, got up to about 2000 km/hr then I dived into the ground bounced off and vanished into space.
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 10:32am
Hope you can experiment further with it as well as observe(if not document them in video format and post it). it need not need to be complex, let the game physics work the results. these by itself would surmount great effort to allow the devs know we are ready for more.
AzraelSorrow 20 Sep, 2018 @ 9:50am
I'm honestly surprised this bug/exploit with the wheels is not only still working but actually giving more speed then it used to when I last played.
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 9:19am
there updated
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 9:10am
400km/h is still within operating specification. if you did notice it is label as APX-EX which is and earlier version this would be update in an upcoming update.
Sqwheelz64 20 Sep, 2018 @ 8:51am
Ok, so this is the most fun vehicle I have flown in Planet Nomads so far. I made it into orbit for the first time and took a nose-dive at nearly 400 kph. The APX-EX*MK1 should be named the "Roller Coaster."
Aieonae  [author] 20 Sep, 2018 @ 3:44am
🤔I am actively looking for someone to pair their carrier to this aeroplane to make a collection or multiple collection.

Anyone is welcome to pair it, if they feel its attractive enough an offer.
Aieonae  [author] 19 Sep, 2018 @ 6:42pm
Glad to hear that hope it continue to serve you well!
kampbyll 19 Sep, 2018 @ 6:40pm
one awesome machine , i luv it , thank you
Aieonae  [author] 19 Sep, 2018 @ 7:30am
Glad you love it, hope it serve you well.
johndai 19 Sep, 2018 @ 7:27am
OMG that is a true beast of a machine. It should be called the "Devil Rider" lol

Not been on a ride like that for years. Thank you Aleonae, brilliant design too.

I luv it .....
Aieonae  [author] 18 Sep, 2018 @ 7:55pm
Under normal operation 300~400km/h @ 220m on a 24km planet.
Under normal operation 300~400km/h @ 100m on a 16km planet.

Bumping into mountains is discourage as it turn it into a one way space craft😅
dahni.uru 18 Sep, 2018 @ 7:44pm
How fast!!!???
Aieonae  [author] 18 Sep, 2018 @ 7:27pm
Ya speeding fun
dahni.uru 18 Sep, 2018 @ 7:22pm
Very good. I'm building a small one now with 4 small blade engines and 8 hover engines, using a small deut. generator. It will use the 4 blades to lift the craft; 4 hover engines to travel where level enough, and the other 4 hover engines mounted on top next to the blades, so if the craft turns over I just activate them and get a lot of lift. Once I got caught down in a crevice, upside down. Couldn't lift out with the blades or the hover engines, but could get it to turn over so the blades could lift.

I'm having a great deal of fun with this game....Looks like you are too.
Aieonae  [author] 18 Sep, 2018 @ 5:57pm
Just take note of mountains
Sqwheelz64 18 Sep, 2018 @ 5:56pm
Very interesting, Aieonae, I'm looking forward to downloading the blueprint and putting the Mark 1 through its paces! I'll let you know how it goes.
