Sometimes the Steam Client won't download a Workshop mod properly, or L4D2 just needs to restart. It's best if you download mods while the game is closed and you allow the Steam Client time to download the mod.
I recently experienced a similar issue a week ago, but after restarting the game the textures were fixed.

Wow, looks awesome. Everything are getting better. Its time to do the following:
1. The Division Snake which mean add some glow parts of his equipment.

There's no need to ask for help, that's just how the particle effect works.

On a side note, I noticed that you asked Tя!cky ツ if the Chery Cig mod would work, and he showed it off with a screenshot. That's awesome!

You can ask Jules to help you with Cig smoke particles for default Bill Cig.

The first link won't as it actually replaces the Bill model.
The second link will work, as it is just a texture mod that uses the Smoke mod from the first link.

So guys, I've been debating if I should give Snake a cigarette, like Bill.

What do you guys think? Should Snake have one? Should it only be for the Bill version?

1. Is it possible to separate Bill Corpse from the Player model because I might subscribe another Bill Model and live Snake as Bill corpse?

2. Make some glow equipment like The Division (watch, belt, equipment, etc.)
