In that case, blender is free and is what most people use to make gmod addons. There's also many free tutorials on youtube.

It worked for me at first, kindof. After 1 week of having this, it decides to break. Every time I click it, the weapon activates but invisible...

@Bootleg Bargain Bin Ralsei yep the worldmodel is really messed up. It got so bad that I tried to just remove it, but I didn't know it appeared without textures.

For some reason for me it doesn't have it's textures and appears floating inside my crotch instead of in my hand.

The viewmodel and everything else works fine though. It's just the world model that seems messed up for some reason.
