And I meant just adding the - modernization bonus to existing buildings, not creating new ones. XD

Well I have one personal mod that makes Upgraded Castles gives -Modernisation, but making new buildings in FoTS is still out of my League

Maybe adding more traditional buildings would make a difference, or adding traditional bonus to more things. IDK

The problem with that could be the first mission you get "Getting to Level 2 Modernization"
FoTS is a Hard in Economy, and that mission will let the player have a little bit faster game(+50% Wealth is massive).

There's no actual way to increase the threshold for development, but I could find a way, I think...
One way I was thinking about is when you reached level 2, a instant -20 modernization will be added.

I was wondering if you could make it so that the Aizu and the Sendai can have like -50 modernization or 50+ tradition points.

I'm tired of building a traditional army, only to have it be modernized in the tech tree because I captured a castle.
