Works well in 4.0

@Agami Hi§ Any chance you might update the mod for 3.12+? Hyperlanes are black or invisible when I turn this mod on. This is the same issue as with the Light Borders mod, but now the author updated it.

Apparently, devs removed the 'clamp' function in the shader file.

when borders are closed and it turns red, is it possible to make it less bright red in darker places too?
Agami  [author] 25 May, 2022 @ 1:30pm
@hypersot, yeah, but I can't mod what I don't have in the game. There's no way for me to test it. Ask someone else for it.
hypersot 25 May, 2022 @ 1:07pm
@Agami,
The highways have the same colour/intensity as the normal hyperlanes except they are just a tiny bit thicker.
In large galaxies that's barely noticeable.

One mod that changes how the highways look is this:

Maybe it can help you get an idea.

Thanks

@hypersot I don't own Overlord, I can't see how they look with the mod.
hypersot 25 May, 2022 @ 12:06pm
This is my fav hyperlanes mod.
Only thing missing -imo- is making the hyper relay highways stand out more.
Any chances you add something like that?

Thanks

What, really? O.o I did not know that, lol. I'll check it out
Agami  [author] 18 May, 2022 @ 6:48am
@Col. Hathi you know you can change hyperlane transparency in game settings now?
Col. Hathi 18 May, 2022 @ 6:45am
I hate to ask, but is there any chance you could make a version that's just more transparent in general? The galaxy background I use doesn't have that excessively bright core.

makes the Hyper Relay route not visible

In the latest version this makes my hyperlanes invisible. Since there is now a slider for hyperlane opacity built-in to Stellaris, seems this is no longer needed.
HungSigma420 16 Apr, 2021 @ 5:05pm
hey dont know why but this mod crashes my game when i zoom out into the galaxy view.
Agami  [author] 19 Dec, 2018 @ 11:17pm
oh, that is wierd. I'll play around with it, see if I can figure it out.
Svizel 19 Dec, 2018 @ 2:57pm
Oh, and nevermind the difference with missing/showing galaxy plane pointers from stars on these 2 pictures. That's different mod that i had disabled on 2nd screenshot as i was trying to debug if there is a mod compatibility issue... there wasn't.
Svizel 19 Dec, 2018 @ 2:50pm
@Agamidae I checked again and can confirm i still have the issue, even if this is the only mod i have enabled. But the problem is a bit different than i first thought. The edge hyperlanes are showing, but they are not being faded out as they should be.

I can provide details on my graphic settings, drivers etc if that would help you.
Agami  [author] 18 Dec, 2018 @ 1:54am
I see them, @Svizel. https://imgur.com/Jzv5Wd0.png
I don't actually change anything about hyperlane trails, and this is the same version of the mod as on 2.1. Maybe you're looking at stars near someone's borders that you don't have vision on yet?
Svizel 16 Dec, 2018 @ 11:42am
After the latest update i can no longer see the hyperlanes trailing off in systems on the edge of hyperlane detection range. They are used as hints that the system has additional hyperlane connections that you cant fully detect yet. With the mod all systems on the edge of hyperlane detection look like dead end systems.
Agami  [author] 15 Dec, 2018 @ 11:39am
The hyperlane shader changed. Instead of using the color value for the color, it uses coordinates.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don't know how it works, don't ask me. I just needed to replace a couple of words in there

What changed between 2.2 and 2.2.2 so you had to make a version for it? I'm kinda curious
Agami  [author] 15 Dec, 2018 @ 11:25am
Yep, once it's released, I'll just update this mod
THE RIDE NEVER ENDS 15 Dec, 2018 @ 11:24am
hmm this might be the problem, thanks (no i have so much mods i always have a warning, since most cosmetic mods like flags does not require updates)

Will the 2.2.2 beta patch mod will be deleted when it goes live? Gotta stay sub on the two
Agami  [author] 15 Dec, 2018 @ 11:22am
@Identitools you must be playing on the 2.2.2 beta patch. Did you see the warning in the launcher? Use this versoion: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1512265691&tscn=1544901268
THE RIDE NEVER ENDS 15 Dec, 2018 @ 11:14am
uhhh i can't see any hyperlanes now
EatTheRich 13 Dec, 2018 @ 11:43pm
should add this one to your collection, love the new look :p
scott4dges 6 Dec, 2018 @ 12:14pm
@Agamidae Thanks for the clarification!
Agami  [author] 6 Dec, 2018 @ 12:08pm
All of them will be updated, but I suspect all they require is a new version number.
2.2 didn't really change the graphics
scott4dges 6 Dec, 2018 @ 11:36am
Hi there, will this mod be updated for 2.2 LeGuin? Thanks for your work!
Totally not a robot 22 Oct, 2018 @ 12:10pm
is tis mod updated to the latest version
Agami  [author] 4 Oct, 2018 @ 7:31am
Instead, @tmonahan23. Only one will be active.
tmonahan23 3 Oct, 2018 @ 11:15am
Is this meant to be used along with your other lighter hyperlanes mod?
LordXenophon 25 Sep, 2018 @ 7:43am
It's still hard to see empire borders in the galaxy map. I could go lighter.

I could also use a mod that brings back the old empire color shaders, instead of having almost everything blue, with a dash of brown empires.
scott4dges 20 Sep, 2018 @ 9:20pm
Thanks for this mod. It's very helpful. I think the vanilla hyperlanes are way too bright. This does a good job fixing that.
