But regardless of that, npcs also do 35% more damage and have 35% of both armor types in any case
In tactical the npcs get all kinds of bullshit that I think is not so much unbalanced as it is tedious and not fun. Every combat starts with all enemy archers using a million effect arrows, everyone throwing grenades and having a million potions. It just seems annoying.
I like the sanity of the classical version but a bit harder, hence the mod (this is the harder version btw, I made a 20% harder version which I think is more balanced)
