I have had the same issue trying to update this version of my previous mod and therefore will not be updating it any further.

To mod creators : feel free to create you own versions of this mod.

The descriptor file is broken. It can be opened if i unzip it, but that is not how the game wants it. Maybe reupload without the zip?

Not sure why, its updated to current version and works fine on my end. Have you tried to turn all other mods off and see if it works? Could be a conflict although i doubt it as it only changes one file.

would be amaxing to have a game or mod like that game that made hoi type game go into 3d combat. dreaming ofcourse lol

It will not be supported at launch but the devs have said they will add it soon after, however changing the stats etc i imagine will be pretty easy from the start :)

I will be modding the new game : Victory at sea Pacific by Evil Twin Artworks so if you have any modding requests just let me know. The game releases this Friday 14th..
