Story: You're out for a stroll on patrol looking for animal skins off dead bonedogs and as such you have a sudden wave of terror come over your body and you feel thee urge to run when you see the zombie horde approach. You run to town thinking you're safe. You couldn't be more wrong, as the town is swarmed and guards are dying left and right trying to fight off the horde.. Their turrets are useless. Blood only frenzies them on into a wild melee or chaos and a shower of blood pouring into the streets. You take shelter in a house closing the door; locking it shut. Throwing bread baskets and metal tables against the door. You hear screaming and agony from outside.
So I repeat. Anyone can take this Zombie Apocalypse mod or the other one I made and add anything they want and reupload it. These existed to fill the void of zombie content on the workshop and I feel bad having lost interest in keeping them updated.
Is it possible to vary the color of the zombie hivers more? I know the common picture of zombies is green, but the colors of decay are the whole range of grey, green, brown and in general...paleness. Also, is it possible, that "turned" enemies stop using their gear and attack like the zombies? Additionally, could it be made, that parts of the hordes spawn with already partly decomposed bodyparts, aka missing limbs and arms...a horde would look much cooler, if some bodies would just crawl and creep behind them, trying to follow.
That would make your mod perfect. ^ ^
Thanks for making this mod.
I'm only about 12 hours into my latest campaign with this mod, but it's by far became my favorite playthrough and mod on the market. So much so, I deleted all my other saves so I would be forced to focus on something new.
Truly love it and extremely grateful that you made this version.
For feedback, I am not experiencing any crashes. Best part was hiding in the thieves tower while the Hub was consumed by two large hordes. Hid there for about a week and a half in game. Stole food, picked up survivors (I have Hub Rebuilt) and was able to recruit two main characters, 7 samurai, and a legion of skeletons (perfect for fighting the horde.) Loving this mod. I can go on forever about it.
