Please note you still cannot use it with other mods that make changes to units, etc. They will step on each other.
I haven't tried SnakesBlood's idea, but that probably will work. I will try to get my files in order and update this thing properly, but in the meantime know that it should still work fine.
We could call it dephased, phase times zero, no phase...
Farmo-Jones: When I first started modding this game Windows kept deleting my files in the Mods folder. I'm not sure why, so I had to delete the game and re-install. Could have been a permissions issue or something, but nothing would work.
Steam maybe didn't download them. Also verify your game files.
It isn't easy to mod the game at first, I spent a lot of time just trying to interpret the online materials and getting nowhere. Eventually I got the order of operations down and it clicked. There are a few initial steps you have to do that are very rarely mentioned online.
It could be compatible if the developers of the mods made their files available. I just use a macro in notepad++ to change all the availabilities to phase A. If you're interested you could ask the mod developers if they would allow it and make their mod files public for modding.
I will probably put a link up for my files so people could mod the mod if they want. (will be later as the files aren't available to me right now)
