This goes for any mod... if it doesnt work or you want to be sure that it will work, sometimes its good to put that mod higher up in the modify load order before starting the game. i had the same problem as you dgo but i put this mod higher on the list and it works fine... also like any merchant she will have more money respond every 24 or 48 hours her max amount that she gets is 12000 i think

Not sure why, but she's not there.. I restarted my game twice. Please help!

Thought I would throw this out there. I had a mod installed called Destroy the Thieves Guild (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28880/?) where you finally have the option to put down the Thieves Guild. I started that and got rid of everyone in the Flagon and such. I decided to pop by Whiterun and the Fence suddenly turned hostile and attacked me. I assume she is probably programmed as part of the Thieves Guild faction so when I attacked the Riften guild--it will affect any other character/mod programmed as part of the TG faction. So i had to disable the Fence.

Not a huge issue---but just for people to be aware. I'm gonna let the other modder know too.

Save and restart the game maybe? I've never heard of that happening.

I sell stuff to her but my item goes away and i dont get any money from anything. so i gotta add money through the console. It says she has about 35,000 gold...

@Psychotic Ninja Maybe, if it moves where that hunting lodge is, then it may affect it.

It's more like the mod's not working at all, as in she never shows up, her chest isn't there at all. Could it be possible that another mod conflicts with this one? Like Open City?

@Psychotic Ninja She occasionally walks around, just wait for a couple hours and she'll show up.

He's not showing up whatsoever for me.

Ick. Just installed and she has 5805 gold. That makes her way too much of a cheat for me. Perhaps I should learn to use the construction kit and edit her down to a far more reasonable 500 gold (any higher and she makes leveling Speech and joining the Theives Guild almost not worth the effort), if that's possible?

On occasion she doesn't give you money whenever you sell your items. Otherwise, this is a useful mod. I just can't stand placing perk points into the Speech tree.

Thanks for the mod first. I was able to exploit it to gain unlimited gold. I did this: First sold her some stuff, then tried to steal it right back from her chest. (The first time she caught me and took it all from me.) The second time though I ran away (to the city gate, but still inside Whiterun) and she followed me. I tried to get her "confused" by talking to her, so she would forget about the robbery. It worked but she got stuck at that position. When I left and re-entered the city, she was back in her old place though and I was able to trade normally with her. Dunno if you can/want to fix this :)

Errrrm. Is this not working for anyone else? I am not sure what it is, but I have the mod + made a new character and it didn't show up, however it worked on a different character.

I am especially lazy. Could you add a top down picture of the map to show exactly where the fence spawns? Otherwise a geat idea, I am having trouble finding him (i hope its not a conflict) Thanks again! (edited: Found by reading all cooments this mod, was at one of the corners of the inn. Wonderfully convenient)

It's at the rear corner of The Drunken Huntsman. If you have one of the mods for landscaping Whiterun, It may be hidden under a tree at the corner of the building

Works fine but was hard to find under all the trees from one of the other mods, I had to go all around the building once to find it. LoL, I luv it now that i can find it in the trees.

Doesn;t show up for me I'm thinking it conflicts with Whiterun Recolored mod :(

So now Whiterun has two fences. That's brilliant. Hey, how about putting enchanter tables every five feet, too? Or a spell that gives you gold! That's even better!

The real fence is at the Honningbrew meadery. It's got its own fast-travel marker and is faster to get to than any other fence already. This is just lazy.
