After going through every mod I had installed, and then simply erasing hem all, I've deduced it may be a texture error with the add-on.

That sounds like a mod conflict. Check your mod list and see if something might be causing that, like a thirdperson-to-firstperson mod or something.

There seems to be a minor mistake with Darby's model. the eyes appear to have been stuck to the viewmodel, and now two floating, textureless orbs appear while holding most weapons.
